In order to provide a complete manufacturing process, Tectubi Tianjin Fittings is also equipped for the surface treatment both of carbon steel (shot blasting) and stainless steel (pickling and passivation).

Automatic 8-turbine shot blasting machine with automatic shot blast recover, loading capacity 5 tonnes, chamber size 3700 mm x 3500 mm x 6000 mm.
Pickling and passivation
Technical features:
3 tanks of 36,000 liters each, in accordance with ASTM A380-06.
