Tectubi Tianjin Fittings is proud of the special care taken in the heat treatment phase, which is carried out with equipment perfectly designed to treat both high-performance and high-yield alloy steel.
Two heat treatments furnaces
Technical features:
chamber dimensions 10900 mm x 2900 mm x 2400 mm, movable loading table, load capacity 25 tonnes, 12 burners, temperature uniformity, designed according to ASTM A991/A 991M-98 and Annex B + GB/T 9452-2003, forced cooling additional function
chamber dimensions 2200 mm x 2200 mm x 1200 mm, load capacity 5 tonnes, temperature uniformity, designed according to ASTM A991/A 991M-98 and Annex B + GB/T 9452-2003.
Quenching system
Technical features:
main tank capacity 150,000 liters, buffer tank cold water capacity 150,000 liters with cooling tower, 50 seconds max from furnace to immersion
